摘 要:为了解决乌干达卡鲁玛尾水隧洞10#施工支洞钻孔利用率低、进度滞后、光爆效果差等问题,组织爆破工程技术人员深入施工现场,对现有爆破方案进行优化,提出了"分部楔形掏槽"的概念。并与水平V形掌子面相结合,成功的将硬岩开挖爆破钻孔利用率从79.4%提高到98.5%以上;将平均单循环进尺从2.62m提高到3.25m,有效加快了开挖进度、降低了炸药、雷管单耗;通过调整光爆参数、装药结构,将光面爆破半孔率提高到90%以上。In order to solve the issues of low utilization of borehole,lagging progress and poor effected smooth blasting during the Adit-10 tunnel construction in Uganda Karuma HPP TRT Project and the engineers and technicians were organized to the site to optimize the existing blasting scheme.The concept of ' Sectional Wedge Cutting' was finally proposed,which combined with horizontal V-shaped working face.Many improvements were achieved by the application of this new scheme,including that blasting and drilling utilization of hard rock excavation increased from 79.4%to 98.5%and the average single cycle footage increased from 2.62 mto 3.25 m.The progress of excavation was effectively speeded up,the consumption of explosive and detonator was reduced,and the half-borehole ratio of smooth blasting was increased to more than 90% by adjusting the smooth blasting parameters and charge structures.
