摘　　要：政治回应就是执政党和政府对公民需求反应和满足的过程与结果。政治回应比竞争性选举更重要。强大的政治回应是中国共产党高政治支持率和推动人际信任的关键。对于中国民主政治建设而言,关键在于增强党和政府的政治回应,而不在于发展竞争性选举,这是中国政治发展的内在逻辑。Political response lies in the process and result that the ruling party and government responds to and satisfies citizens’ demands. Political response is more important than the competitive elections. Powerful political response is high political support of the communist party of China and the key to promoting interpersonal trust. As far as the democratic political construction of China is concerned, the key lies in strengthening the political response of the party and the government rather than developing competitive elections. This is the inherent logic of political development in China.
