摘  要:涂层厚度是热障涂层主要性能指标之一。本文采用大气等离子喷涂技术制备了热障涂层,利用测厚仪和外径千分尺分别测量了NiCrAlY粘结层、ZrO_2面层以及涂层总厚度。实验结果表明:对于钢基体来说,测厚仪测量粘结层与面层厚度均较为准确,可以实际反映出涂层的真实厚度。对于铝合金和钛合金基体,测厚仪测量粘结层厚度与实际厚度偏差较大,应尽量采用机械法;测厚仪测量面层厚度时采用粘结层进行调零,结果与涂层实际厚度基本一致。以上结果对热障涂层的实际工程应用具有一定的指导意义。The thickness is one of the most important performance of thermal barrier coating.The thickness of NiCrAlY bond coat and ZrO_2 top coat were measured by thickness gauge and outside micrometer.The results showed that the thickness of NiCrAlY coat and ZrO_2 coat measured by thickness gauge was precious for steel substrate.For aluminum and titanium substrate,it was suitable for NiCrAlY coat by outside micrometer while ZrO_2 coat by thickness gauge adjusted zero calibration based on NiCrAlY coat.The conclusion had guiding significance for engineering application of thermal barrier coating.
