摘 要:通过调研国内200台(套)燃煤电厂电除尘器电耗,按机组容量的不同,将其划分为300 MW、600 MW和1000 MW三个等级,分别从鼓励先进和淘汰落后两个角度研究了电除尘器电耗评价指标,确定了不同机组容量、煤种除尘难易性及出口烟尘浓度下的电除尘器能效限定值及节能评价值。以能效限定值来衡量电除尘器能耗是否超标,以节能评价值来衡量电除尘器是否节能运行,为强制性国家标准《燃煤电厂电除尘器能效限定值及节能评价值》的研制提供理论基础。This paper investigated the power consumption of 200 electrostatic precipitators in coal-fired power plants in China,and then categorized them into three levels of 300 MW,600 MW and 1 000 MW,basing on different unit capacities. The evaluation index of power consumption of electrostatic precipitator was discussed through perspectives of encouraging the advanced and eliminating the underdeveloped. The minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and evaluating values of energy conservation for electrostatic precipitators were determined under different unit capacities,dust precipitation difficulties of different coal types,and different outlet dust concentrations. The minimum allowable values of energy efficiency is used to determine whether the energy consumption of electrostatic precipitator exceeds the standard,and the evaluating values of energy conservation is used to determine whether the electrostatic precipitator is under energy saving operation. This paper provides the theoretical basis and suggestions for the development of mandatory national standard—Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and evaluating values of energy conservation for coal-fired power plant electrostatic precipitator.
