摘  要:龙一联合站(简称龙一联)是大庆油田第九采油厂北部油田的总外输站,该联合站负责龙虎泡、敖古拉、葡西3个作业区的含水油处理、净化油外输和污水处理等任务,同时,这3个作业区处理后的含油污水均通过龙一联的注水系统进行回注。近年来,龙一联含油污水供、注不平衡现象日益显现,靠本油田回注无法完全消耗污水,而污水外排会带来环保隐患。分析了龙一联含油污水供、注不平衡的原因,针对含油污水富余的不同阶段,阐述了相应的改造措施。通过对含油污水的优化调配,逐步解决了龙一联污水富余问题,达到了污水产、输、注平衡,消除了富余污水外排带来的环保压力,有利于油田的可持续发展。Longyi station is total transportation station of No.9 Oil Production Company at Daqing Oilfield. This station takes charge of oily wastewater treatment, cleaned oil transportation and wastewater treatment for Longhupao, Aogula and Puxi operating areas. At the same time, the treated sewage will recycle through water injection system at Longyi station. However, unbalance of supply and inject appears. Oily wastewater is not treated totally through recycle system at Oilfield. Waste water can led environment problem. This article analyzes the reason of unbalance, and elaborates corresponding measures aimed to different stages of redundant oily wastewater. Through optimum oily wastewater allocation, redundant wastewater problem will be solved step by step. The balance of production, transportation and injection is reached. The pressure of environment for redundant wastewater is eliminated. Finally, it is good for sustainable development of Oilfield.
