摘 要:利用固相合成法制备了P掺杂的BaCoNbO_(3-δ)钙钛矿透氧膜片,研究了P掺杂对该透氧膜材料透氧率及稳定性的影响。在850℃下,BCN膜在透氧过程中有部分六方相生成,造成其透氧量急剧衰减,其透氧稳定性较差。掺杂P后,尽管初始透氧量有所下降,但其稳定性得到了一定程度的改善,在850℃下透氧50h后,BCNP_(0.03)的透氧量仅下降约5%,仍可达到1.5mL/(cm^2·min)。XRD、TPD及热分析结果表明,P掺杂后抑制了材料中晶格氧的脱附,提高了相结构稳定性。Ba(Co_(0.88)Nb_(0.12))_((1-x))P_xO_(3-δ)(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05 denoted as BCN,BCNP_(0.01),BCNP_(0.03),BCNP_(0.05))membranes were synthesized through conventional solid-phase reaction method.Study the effects of P doping on oxygen permeability and stability of the material.When operated at 850 ℃,the BCN membrane exhibited a poor oxygen permeation stability,the oxygen permeation rate of BCN suffered a great degradation,XRD results showed that some hexagonal phase was generated in the material.Although the oxygen permeability decreased after P doped,the phase stability has been improved to some extent.BCNP_(0.03) long-term oxygen flux reached 1.5mL/(cm^2·min)at 850 ℃ under Air/He gradient.XRD,TPD and TG-DSC results indicated that the desorption of lattice oxygen has been suppressed by P doping,the structure stability has been improved as well.
