摘 要:用滚压振动磨预处理原料锌粉,将其细化得到机械研磨锌,采用TEOS对其进行表面改性。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR),对材料的微观结构及成分表征,并比较了改性前后机械研磨锌对甲基橙的降解性能。结果表明,机械研磨锌表面性质活泼,表面易产生羟基;改性产物的表面连接有Si—O、—OC2H5等有机基团,实现了对机械研磨锌的有机改性;改性产物并没有影响甲基橙的紫外-可见吸收光谱,特征吸收峰依然在464nm处;有机改性会在一定程度上降低机械研磨锌降解甲基橙的性能,酸性TEOS水解液对改性产物的性能影响较小,碱性TEOS水解液的改性却严重制约了对甲基橙的降解。The ultrafine Zn particles prepared by the roller vibration milling were organically hybridized successfully by using TEOS.The as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,TEM and FT-IR,and its activity to degrade methyl orange was evaluated by comparing with unmodified Zn particles.The results showed that the property of ultrafine Zn particles was so lively that there were lots of hydroxyls on its surface.There were some organic groups on the surface of modified Zn particles,like Si—O,—OC2H5,which means organically hybridized ultrafine Zn particles were prepared successfully.The modified Zn particles did not change the UV-Vis Absorption of methyl orange,and the characterized absorption peak was still at 464 nm.Modification by acidic TEOS hydrolysate had a little effect on the performance of the degradation of methyl orange,but the modification by alkaline TEOS hydrolysate was opposite.
