摘 要:辐射损伤指由电离辐射所致的急性,迟发性或慢性的机体组织损害,在放射治疗的患者和放射科医护工作人员中发生概率较高。因此对于辐射损伤修复也变成医学研究的新方向。源自天然的药物有效提取成分具有特殊的化学分类和结构特性,其作用位点多,药效明显,不良反应少,成瘾性轻,来源丰富等优点,得到广泛的关注。低剂量的辐射损伤模型具有可逆性,可以较为客观的评价药物有效提取成分对辐射损伤机体部分修复作用效果,是目前公认的一种良好的研究药物对辐射损伤修复效果的模型。笔者现就药物有效提取成分对辐射损伤机体部分修复作用的研究现状和进展进行总体概述。Radiation damage means the acute, late-occurred or chronic damage on bodies caused by ionizing radiation, which happen more often on patients who have been received radiotherapy and medical workers in radiology departments. Therefore, the research of the reparation of radiation-injured parts has become a new direction of medical research. Effectual components from medicine which are derived from nature have acquired wide attention because of their special chemical taxonomy and structural characteristics, more cleavage sites, obvious pesticide effects, fewer untoward effects, lighter addiction, abundant resources, etc. The low-dose radiation damage model is reversible, and it can evaluate the functions of effectual components from medicine on the reparation of radiation-injured parts, which is widely recognized as a favorable model to study the effects of medicine on the reparation of radiation damage. The writer wants to give a general overview of the research status and progress of functions of effectual components from medicine on the reparation of radiation-injured parts.
