摘　　要：目的评价外固定结合有限内固定治疗Pilon骨折的有效率及安全性.方法：以“Pilon骨折” 和“有限内固定结合外固定”为检索词检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库和重庆维普数据库的相关文献,检索时间截止到2014年12月,提取文献患者一般特征、有效率及不良反应发生率,Meta分析有效率及安全性.结果：Meta分析结果显示：最终纳入11篇文献589名Pilon骨折患者,其Jadad量表得分为1～3分;外固定结合有限内固定治疗Pilon骨折的OR及其95%CI为2.57（1.70,3.88）,其治疗后不良反应发生率的OR及95CI为0.36（0.13,0.97）.结论：外固定结合内固定治疗Pilon骨折有效率显著高于切开复位内固定,且不良反应率低.Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of the limited internal fixation combined external fixator in Pilon fractures.Methods:Databases from CNKI, Wanfang and VIP were searched by the terms “pilon fractures” and “limited internal fixation combined external fixator” in Chinese, which retrieval time from building up to December 2014, to extract the pertinent literature about the baseline data, effective rate and adverse effects rate. Meta-analysis was used to analyze the treatment effect and adverse rate.Results:Meta-analysis results showed that this paper eventually included 11 articles of 589 Pilon fracture patients, which the Jadad scale were 1~3 points. The OR(95%CI)of Pilon fractures treated by limited internal fixation combined external fixator was 2.57(1.70, 3.88). The OR(95%CI)of the adverse reactions after treatment was 0.36(0.13, 0.13).Conclusion:It was proved that the limited internal fixation combined with external fixator is a safe and effective method to treat the Pilon fractures.
