摘　　要：目的:探讨经听诊三角微创切口在肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析泗洪县人民医院2011年9月至2014年8月56例行切开复位内固定的肋骨骨折患者。按应用经听诊三角微创切口和其他切口分成两组,比较手术时间、疼痛指数、固定骨折根数、术口感染发生率、肺炎发生率及术后肺功能、上肢功能等情况。结果:两组在手术时间、疼痛指数、固定骨折根数、术口感染发生率及肺炎发生率等指标上无统计学差异。经听诊三角微创切口组在术后远近期肺功能及上肢功能好于其他切口组。结论:经听诊三角微创切口美观、手术简便,术后肺功能及上肢功能恢复好,在肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术中有很好的应用价值。Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of minimally invasive incisions going by auscultatory triangle in operative rib fixation.Methods:A retrospectively collected database of all 56 patients who underwent rib fracture stabilization procedures from September 2011 and August 2014 in Sihong People’s Hospital was reviewed. These patients were divided into two groups:one group with minimally invasive incisions and another group with other incisions. Operation time, pain index, rib number of fracture fixation, incidence of operative incision infection and pneumonia, postoperative pulmonary function and upper limb function were contrastive analyzed.Results:There is no statistical difference of indicators in operation time, pain index, rib number of fracture fixation, incidence of operative incision infection and pneumonia. But postoperative lung function and upper limbs function of the group with minimally invasive incisions were better than which of another group.Conclusion:The minimally invasive incision going by auscultatory triangle was beautiful and the operation procedure is simple. Futhermore, postoperative lung function and upper limb functional recovery was better. Therefore, this incision has very good clinical application value in operative rib fixation.
