心脉通胶囊用于原发性高血压的疗效观察及成本-效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析心脉通胶囊用于原发性高血压的疗效及成本-效果情况。方法:选取2014年1月到2015年1月内在我院接受治疗的100例原发性非高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组予贝那普利,观察组同时联用心脉通胶囊,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效及血压控制水平、成本-效果情况。结果:观察组的总有效率96.00%,显著高于对照组的总有效率78.00%,两组疗效组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的SBP、DBP水平分别为(121.7±11.3)mm Hg、(81.6±3.6)mm Hg,对照组的SBP、DBP水平分别为(128.5±12.6)mm Hg、(85.2±4.1)mm Hg,两组血压控制水平组间分别比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的成本-效果比4.1,低于对照组的成本-效果比5.54。结论:心脉通胶囊用于原发性高血压可以提高疗效,控制血压水平,且所需成本较低。Objective: To analyze the effect and the cost-effectiveness of the capsule for essential hypertension.Methods:2014 January to 2015 within 1 month in our hospital received the treatment of 100 cases of primary non hypertension patients were selected and randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, each 50 cases in each, the patients in control group were treated with benazepril, observation group combined XMT, compared two groups of patients after curative effect and blood pressure control level and cost effect.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, significantly higher than the control group, the total effective rate was 78%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group, the SBP, DBP level(121.7±11.3)mmHg and(81.6±3.6)mmHg, control group the SBP, DBP level respectively(12.85 ±12.6)mmHg and(85.2±4.1)mmHg, the two groups of blood pressure control level between the two groups were compared, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05), respectively. The cost-effectiveness of the observation group was 4.1 lower than that of the control group, and the effect was 5.54.Conclusion:The treatment of essential hypertension with cardiac and pulse capsule can improve the curative effect, control the blood pressure level, and the cost is low.
