中药骶管注射佐以骨通贴膏治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药盐酸青藤碱骶管注射佐以骨通贴膏穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:设置对照组进行临床观察,以关节止痛膏为对照组,将符合诊断标准的136例患者随机分组,治疗组68例,对照组68例,两组膏药均直接贴敷于腰部阿是穴,或贴敷于突出部位相应节段椎旁夹脊穴上,下肢疼痛加贴环跳、承扶、殷门、阳陵泉、承山等穴位。一天换药一次,2周为一个疗程,一个疗程后休息1周,再进行下一个疗程,3个疗程结束后评定疗效。结果:治疗组中68例,治愈52例,治愈率76.47%,好转12例,未愈4例,有效率94.12%;对照组中68例,治愈32例,治愈率47.06%,好转22例,未愈12例,有效率79.41%。两组疗效比较,P<0.05,两组疗效有显著性差异,骨通贴膏穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于关节止痛膏,说明穴位贴敷骨通贴膏具有明显止痛和改善腰椎功能的作用。结论:骨通贴膏具有良好的疏通经络,活血止痛作用,在缓解腰痛,下肢放射痛,局部压痛,叩击痛及改善腰椎活动功能等综合疗效方面优于关节止痛膏,且安全可靠,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全有效外用药。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine of Sino-menine hydrochloride by sacrum injected combined with Gutong Tigao acupoint sticking therapy on cure of pro-lapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:All 136 patients with pro-lapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group were 68 cases, the control group were 68 cases. All patients were directly sticked plaster on the waist Ashi drug or sticked to the protruding portion of the segment corresponding paraspinal Jiaji. If leg pain, sticked at loop jump, Cheng Fu, Yin door, Yanglingquan, Cheng-shan and other points too. once a day, two weeks for a course of treatment. Then might rest a week before the next course of treatment. Evaluated the situation after the end of the three courses. Results:The treatment group 68 cases, 52 cases were cured, the cure rate were 76.47%, 12 cases were improved, 4 cases were ineffectual, efficiency was 94.12%. The control group were 68 cases, 32 cases were cured, the cure rate was 47.06%, 22 cases were improved, 12 cases were ineffectual, efficiency was 79.41%. Comparison of two groups,P<0.05, there was significant differences in the two groups, Gutong tigao was better than Guanjie zhitonggao, indicating Gutong tigao had obvious relieve pain and improve the role of lumbar functions.Conclusion:Gutong tigao had good through meridians, blood analgesic effect, and was better than Guanjie zhitonggao in terms of the efficacy of comprehensive relieve back pain, sciatica, local tenderness, percussion pain and improve function of the lumbar spine. Gutong tigao was secure and safe and effective for external use of lumbar disc herniation.
