云南红药胶囊治疗眼底血症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价云南红药胶囊治疗眼底血症的疗效。方法:将眼底血症患者122例,随机分为云南红药胶囊实验组81例,复方血栓通胶囊对照组41例,并根据患者辨证分为肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀、痰瘀互结、心脾两虚、脾肾两虚、气阴两虚6个证型。观察用药前、用药15天、30天的视力、眼底、中医证候积分变化情况。结果:云南红药胶囊对肝肾阴虚患者证候疗效与复方血栓通胶囊无明显差别(P>0.05);但对治疗气滞血瘀型患者证候疗效优于复方血栓通胶囊(P<0.05)。结论:云南红药胶囊对眼底血症气滞血瘀型疗效好,可显著改善患者的中医证候。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Yunnanhongyao capsule in fundus hemorrhage diseases, by comparing with Fufang Xueshuantong capsule.Methods:A randomized controlled case study was performed including 122 patients diagnosed as fundus hemorrhage diseases.There were 81 cases treated by Yunnanhongyao capsule and 41 patients by Fufang Xueshuantong capsule,and divided into hepatic and renal yin deficiency, qi-stagnancy and blood stasis, syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, deficiency of both heart and spleen,asthenia of both the spleen and kidney,deficiency of both vital energy and yin, six syndromes.Visual acuity, ocular fundus and TCM syndrome score were observed before treatment, medication 15 days and 30 days.Results:Yunnanhongyao capsule treatment of hepatic and renal yin deficiency fundus hemorrhage diseases was no significant difference compared with Fufang Xueshuantong capsule(P>0.05).Yunnanhongyao capsule shows better effect on qi-stagnancy and blood stasis of fundus hemorrhage diseases than Fufang Xueshuantong capsule(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yunnanhongyao capsule is effective for the qi-stagnancy and blood stasis of fundus hemorrhage diseases, it can significantly improve patients' TCM Syndromes.
