心脉通胶囊预防冠心病患者支架术后再狭窄的临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较心脉通胶囊和川芎嗪在预防冠心病患者支架术后再狭窄的效果,指导临床用药,降低患者再复发的风险和提高患者生存率.方法：研究对象选择我院心外科2013年3月～2014年3月份进行了支架植入手术的冠心病患者78例,对所有患者的资料进行回顾性分析.其中39例患者在支架术后服用川芎嗪为对照组,另外服用了心脉通胶囊的39例患者为观察组.两组患者术后1年进行随访,比较两组患者复查时冠状动脉再狭窄率,比较两组不良心脏事件发生情况和不良反应发生情况.结果：观察组患者术后1年后复查冠状动脉在狭窄率为22.22%（8/36）,对照组为48.39%（15/31）,服药期间观察组发生心脏不良事件为3例,对照组为15例,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组在服药期间均未见明显的不良反应,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：相比于川芎嗪,心脉通胶囊的临床效果更好,可以有效降低术后再狭窄率和提高患者生存率.Objective: To compare the Xinmaitong capsule and ligustrazine in prevention of coronary heart disease patients with restenosis after stenting, guide clinical medication, reduce the recurrence risk and improve the survival rate of patients.Methods:78 patients with coronary heart disease research object selection of stent implantation operation in our hospital in 2013 March ~2014 year in March the heart surgery patients, all patients were retrospectively analyzed.In 39 patients after stenting taking Ligustrazine as control group, in addition to taking 39 cases of Xinmaitong capsule were as the observation group.Two groups of patients after 1 year follow-up, compared two groups of patients with follow-up coronary artery restenosis rate, compared with two groups of adverse cardiac events and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:Patients in the observation group after 1 years of follow-up after coronary artery stenosis at the rate of 22.22%(8/36), the control group was 48.39%(15/31), medication during the observation group of adverse cardiovascular events in 3 cases, 15 cases in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), the two groups in the drug during no obvious adverse reaction, no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Ligustrazine, better clinical effect of Xinmaitong capsule, can effectively reduce the restenosis rate and increase the survival rate of the patients.
