骨科大手术术后下肢深静脉血栓护理的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨科大手术术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防及护理策略。方法:回顾性研究了我科2010年1月至2014年12月治疗的符合纳入标准的256例接受骨科大手术患者的临床资料。我科护理人员采取一系列护理措施预防骨科大手术术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成,包括:术前对患者进行评估及宣教,术后遵循医嘱使用抗凝药物,配合使用梯度压力弹力袜、鼓励患者进行功能锻炼等护理措施,统计术后下肢深静脉血栓发生例数。结果:6例患者术后出现下肢深静脉血栓形成,下肢深静脉血栓发生率2.34%。结论:骨科大手术术后早期采用针对性的护理措施,能有效降低术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。Objective: To investigate nursing measures and prevention for lower limb deep venous thrombosis after orthopaedics major operation.Methods:From January 2010 to December 2014 256 cases of orthopaedics major operation was retrospective study. A series of nursing measures were adopted to prevent lower limb deep venous thrombosis after orthopaedics major operation, respectively, including assessment and health education for the patients before operation, anticoagulant drugs and medical compression stocking, encouraging move limbs actively. Anazlying the incidence of DVT.Results:Deep venous thrombosis arised in 6 patient of 256 case, the incidence rate is 2.34‰.Conclusion:The early specific and targeted prevention nursing measures can reduce incidence of lower limb deep venous thrombosis.
