摘 要:目的:对北京市某民营肿瘤医院运营现状分析,探讨多元化办医的方式。方法:对北京市某民营肿瘤医院运营数据进行分析及对关键人物进行深入访谈,总结北京新办民营医院发展过程中面临的困境,剖析多元化办医政策对民营医院带来的实际影响,对关键问题提出可行性建议。结果:民营医院经营具有逐利性,与公立医院进行合作,除了面临以往研究中提及的人员不足和不稳定等问题,还面临出资人投入产出期望过高,民营医院与公立医院传统经营方式的冲突等新问题。结论:新建民营医院需要解决医保资质和人员问题,建立合理的医院组织架构时应解决出资人和经营者的决策困境。Objective: To analyze the operation status of a private cancer hospital in Beijing, and explore an efficient way to promote diversified medical development.Methods:Basic data analysis and in-depth interviews were used in this study on a new private cancer hospital, which would tell what difficulties the private hospital were facing and how the Policy influenced the development of the hospital, and put forward feasible suggestions. Results:One key figure of the private hospital operation was profit-driven purpose. After cooperated with public hospitals, private hospitals not only met the personnel shortage and instability problem mentioned in previous research, but also faced too much expect on input-output cycle from investers, and conflicts of traditional operation mode between private hospitals and public hospitals.Conclusions:The new private hospital needed to solve the problem of medical insurance qualification and human resources at first, and thenput focus on decision-making dilemma between investers and operators when establishing reasonable organization structure.
