摘 要:针对加工小径深孔时检测装置无法放入深孔内部进行钻头位置检测和检测结果受工件表面形状影响较大的实际问题,提出了基于超声波检测技术和激光位移传感器检测技术的同步位移检测方法,建立了以PLC、上位工控机和同步检测装置组成的检测系统。设计了同步检测装置和检测系统,并对检测系统进行了分析。从而为提高小径深孔加工质量供了一种新检测技术,该系统能满足检测要求,对深孔钻头位置检测具有一定的前景。According to the practical problems, When processing small-diameter deep-hole, measurement device can not be put into the deep-hole inside to measure the position of the deep-hole drill and the measurement result is significantly influenced by the surface shape of the workpiece. Basd on the ultrasonic detection technique and the laser displacement sensor detection technique, a synchronization measurement method is proposed in this paper, and the measurement system is established with PLC, IPC and the synchronization measurement device. The synchronization measurement device structure and the control system are designed and the control system are analyzed. The technique provides a new kind of t way for improving the quality of processing small-diameter deep-hole, which can satisfy measurement requirement and has some prospect in the areas of deeo-hole drill oosition measurement
