摘 要:对导线外皮的剥离现在大多采用机械式剥离,难以保证剥离质量。而且剥离后往往需要人工将被剥离的外皮进行抽离,这就耗费了人力,增加了成本,也降低了效率。针对这种缺陷,基于TRIZ设计创新理念,运用矛盾矩阵查找创新原理,提出了并排导线外皮的激光自动剥离装置。该剥离装置结构简单、原理简约、也提高了效率。通过抽离装置能够实现并排放置的多根导线外皮的自动剥离,其大幅度地提高了导线外皮剥离的生产效率。最后对机构的力学性能和运动性能进行了分析,说明了其可行性。Stripping wire sheath mechanically is now widely used without excellent performance on quality. The workers often need pull away the stripped wire sheath by themselves after mechanical stripping. So the whole process of traditional stripping technology costs a lot and reduces the efficiency. In this ease, the paper is based on the idea of TRIZ design innovation and by means of conflict matrix search principle, proposing a device for stripping wire sheath automatically by using laser technology with simpler structure and theory. This device consists of material transferring mechanism, laser wire stripping mechanism and pull away mechanism. It can strip several parallel wire sheath automatically and simultaneously with higher stripping productivity. The paper also analyzes the dynamics performance of this device to prove its feasibility.
