摘　　要：本文从自然资本理论基础出发,深入地分析了自然资本的资本特殊规定性。自然资本不同于马克思或西方经济学家关于资本的理解和定义,它从自然价值分为功能与服务两部分,阐述了自然资本的真正含义并探讨了其可持续发展的内涵。正确诠释、应用该理论对我们重新认识和调整人与自然的关系、实现社会可持续发展,有着深远而重大的现实意义。The article tries to analysis the peculiarity of natural capital on the basis of the natural capital theory.It is pointed out that the substance of capital is different not only from the comprehension of Marx,but also from the definition of the western economists.The readers can recognize the real substance of it and the essence of the sustainable development by dividing the natural value into two parts:function and service.In conculsion,it is of important practical significance to understand and apply the theory properly.
