论《老百姓》报的“百姓”情结与成功启示

摘　　要：《老百姓》报是抗战时期在西安创刊并得到群众普遍赞赏的通俗报纸,它的"百姓"情节、群众情怀是制胜的法宝和成功的秘籍。具体而言,其浓郁的"百姓情结"体现在:坚持"人民办报、办人民报"、"一切为了老百姓、为了老百姓的一切"的编辑思想和办报特色;牢牢把握"依靠百姓,面向百姓,服务百姓,赢得百姓"的创刊理念和出版方针。该报坚守"替老百姓说话,说老百姓的话"的鹄地,抱持"面向识字不多的底层读者"的南针,对当下报纸的转型升级和报业的改革鼎新亦大有裨益。Lao Baixing Newspaper was established in Xi＇an during the Anti-Japanese War and received great popularity among ordinary people, its key to success was at that time its affection and appreciation from the common people. Specifically speaking, its popularity could be attributed to its editing idea and unique pub- lishing feature of adhering to the concept of＂ People＇s newspaper should run by the people and serve the peo- ple＂ as well as ＂All is for the people and for people＇s all＂, and to its publishing concept and principle of ＂Re- lying on, being oriented towards, serving and winning the favor of ordinary people＂. The newspaper was aimed at standing in the side of and being a mouthpiece for ordinary people and its readers were those little ed- ucated and uneducated people, whose successful experience was very helpful and beneficial for the contempo- rary newspaper＇s upgrading, transformation and reform.
