摘　　要：通过预应力混凝土管桩在工程造价、设计施工、施工工期等方面与其它桩型相比较,并通过市场调查和案例分析,得出预应力混凝土管桩在中高层建筑基础中的应用优势。By comparing prestressed concrete pipe pile with other types from aspects of project cost, design and construction period, and through the market investigation and case analysis, it comes to the conclusion that the prestressed concrete pipe pile has application advantages in the high-level architecture foundation.
