摘　　要：通过对新疆医科大学少数民族大学生发放问卷、抽样调查、比较分析等手法,对少数民族大学生入党意愿、对党的相关知识的了解程度、入党动机的特点及影响因素等问题进行了较为深入的调查研究,提出了加强新疆少数民族大学生入党教育的对策思路。By issuing questionnaire, doing survey and comparative analysis for minority students in Xinjiang Medical University, we did research on the aspirations of the ethnic college students to join CPC, their understanding of the relevant knowledge of CPC, and motive of joining etc. We put forward suggestions on strengthening belief education of ethnic college students in Xinjiang.
