摘　　要：球罐是一种广泛应用于石油化工、钢铁、空分等行业的主要储存设备,其体积过大且直径一般都在5m以上,一般均采用厂内加工、现场组装的方法进行制造。对2 000m^3氯乙烯单体球罐现场进行的零件检查验收、球罐组装方法及顺序、焊接、焊后整体热处理及压力试验过程进行了详细的介绍。Spherical tank is a kind of storage devices widely used in petroleum chemical industry,steel,air separation industry and so on.Due to the diameter of general spherical tank equipments are in more than 5meters,there is a method which was been processing in factory and assembly on site.The methods of parts field assembly,assembly orders,welding on site,hydraulic testing were introduced in detail.
