经阴道超声进行妇科健康体检的结果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究经阴道超声进行妇科健康体检的作用及效果。方法:随机抽取1000例2013年3月-2014年7月间在我院接受妇科检查的健康体检者,将其根据年龄分为≤30岁组、30-50岁组、≥50岁组,分析其经阴道超声检查的结果,从而了解各种疾病在各年龄组的检出数及检出率。结果:≤30岁组阳性检出率为10.73%,30-50岁组阳性检出率为26.46%,≥50岁组阳性检出率为38.10%。248例阳性病例中,75例为子宫肌瘤,34例为附件囊肿,8例为宫颈囊肿,20例为节育器位移,13例为巧克力囊肿,5例为盆腔积液,14例附件囊实性占位,25例慢性子宫肥大,12例为子宫肌腺症,23例为子宫内膜息肉,8例为子宫内膜增厚,4例为宫腔积液,4例为先天性子宫畸形,3例为多囊卵囊。结论:在进行妇科超声检查时应根据实际情况将经阴道超声检查与传统腹部超声检查相结合,从而使诊断率得到提高。Objective： Study on the effect of transvaginal ultrasound for examination. Methods： 1000 cases were randomly selected in 2013 March to gynecological health 2014 July underwent gynecological examination of healthy people in our hospital, according to the age is less than or equal to 30 years old group, 30-50 years old group, above 50 years old group, the analysis of transvaginal ultrasound examination results, to understand the various kinds of diseases in the detection and the number of different age the detection rate of group. Results： Less than or equal to 30 years old group, the positive rate was 10.73%, 30-50 years old group, the positive rate was 26.46%, more than 50 years old group, the positive rate was 38.10%. 248 positive cases, 75 cases of uterine leiomyoma, 34 cases of cyst, 8 cases of cervical cyst, 20 cases of IUD displacement, 13 cases of chocolate cyst, 5 cases of pelvic effusion, 14 cases of appendix cystic masses, 25 cases of chronic hypertrophy of uterus, 12 cases of uterine muscle gland disease, 23 cases of endometrial polyp, 8 cases of endometrial thickening, 4 cases of uterine cavity effusion, 4 cases of congenital uterine malformation, 3 cases were polycystic oocysts. Conclusion： In gynecological ultrasound should be according to the actual situation of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound examination combined with traditional thinking, so as to improve diagnosis rate.
