摘　　要：学术文摘期刊是基于同行评议原则、按照学术质量标准、评选流程等选编(摘)优秀学术成果的出版物。在有效信息匮乏的大数据时代,学术文摘推优、推新的特质客观上被赋予了一定的学术评价功能。与引文分析法不同,学术文摘分析法可以较为及时地反映学术成果及其载体的影响力。学术文摘虽然是另一种形式的同行评议行为,但依然不是学术评价的主体。学术评价可以参考学术文摘的二次选优结果,高效开展对评价对象的基本水平、基本趋势、社会影响力等的评估。Academic digest periodical is the publication which selects the outstanding academic achievements on the principle of peer review, in accordance with the academic quality criteria and selection process. In the era of big data lack of effective information, the characteristics of academic abstracts to elect and push the excellent and the new is objectively endowed with a certain function of academic evaluation. Being different from citation analysis, academic analysis can timely reflect the academic achievement and the influence of its carrier. Academic abstract is another form of peer review, but it is still not the subject of academic evaluation. Academic evaluation can refer to the results of the selection of academic abstracts, carry out efficiently the assessment of evaluated objects＇ basic level, basic trend and social influence.
