司法改革中检察权的内部运行机制思考

摘　　要：新一轮司法改革的开启对依法独立行使检察权提出了更高要求,应充分认识检察权性质的多样化和复合性以及检察权行使的一体化和独立性,明确不同权力运行主体之间的关系和责任,并在遵循诉讼规律的基础上,优化检察职权配置。A new round of judicial reform puts forward higher requirements for the independent implementation of prosecutorial power. It requires fully understanding of the diversification and complexity of proseeutorial power and integration and independence of the exercise of prosecutorial power and to clarify therelationship and the responsibility between different power operation subjects. On the basis of being in compliance with the procedural principle, we should optimize the distribution of prosecutorial authority.
