摘  要:随着养殖业的迅猛发展,蛋白饲料缺乏、价格昂贵及氮污染问题已成为世界性难题。我国人口众多,资源有限,蛋白质原料缺乏日渐凸显。在饲料中额外添加氨基酸可适当降低原料中的蛋白质水平,进而降低生产成本,同时也降低了环境中的氮排放量。本文就几种主要的饲用氨基酸:赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸和精氨酸的营养作用进行综述,以期为饲料行业提供相关理论参考。With the rapid development of aquaculture, lack of protein feed, expensive and nitrogen pollution has become a worldwide problem, along with large population in China, limited re- sources, lack of protein material is particularly important. Adding amino acids in feed material can not only appropriately reduce protein levels, reduce production costs, but also reduce nitrogen e- missions. In this paper, several major nutritional effects of feeding amino acids: lysine, methio- nine, tryptophan and arginine were reviewed, to provide a theoretical basis for the feed industry.
