尿毒症患者应对方式与社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的描述及探讨尿毒症患者医学应对方式的状况及影响因素;描述尿毒症患者社会支持的状况;分析社会支持对尿毒症患者应对方式的影响。方法采用一般情况调查问卷、社会支持评定量表以及医学应对方式问卷。结果与常模得分比较,只有屈服得分偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与正常人群统计得分比较,客观支持以及对支持的利用度得分偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论提高社会支持度,尤其是对支持的利用度,可以促使患者积极面对疾病以及疾病所带来的生活、社交等方面的影响。Objective To describe the level of coping style in patients with Uremia;To describe the level of social support in patients with Uremia;To analyze the relationship between social support and coping style.Methods To recruit and analyze patients with Uremia from some hospital＇s Renal Department of Internal Medicine and Artificial kidney dialysis in Guangzhou, By adopting general information questionnaire, social support rating scale （SSRS）and medical coping modes questionnaire（MCMQ） .Result To compare to Norm, the score of＂ conforance＂ is lower（P〈0.01 ）and have significant positive correlation between them.To compare to Norm,the scores of subjective social support and utilization social support are lower（P〈0.01） ,the score of objective is higher,and have significant positive correlation.Conclusion To improve the social support, especially the utilization social support, can help the patients to be positive in face of disease and the impact in the life, social and other aspects which caused by the disease.
