摘 要:实验以α半水磷石膏为研究对象,使用FDN萘系、HC聚羧酸系、SM三聚氰胺系三种不同类型的减水剂对α半水磷石膏进行扩展度、减水率、凝结时间以及力学性能等的影响研究,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)观测了半水石膏水化后晶体形貌的变化。结果表明:上述三种减水剂都对α半水磷石膏有较好的适应性,都改善了α半水磷石膏的物理性能。其中以SM减水剂的作用效果最好,不但具有良好的减水率,而且掺入SM减水剂的石膏试样微观结晶结构表现最为良好,对α半水磷石膏的力学性能提高最为显著。With the α-hemihydrate phosphorus gypsum as a research object, three different kinds of water-reducing agent FDN (β-naphthalene sulfonic acid type), HC (polycarboxylate type) and sulfonated melamine type (SM) were studied on the degree of extension, water-reducing rate, setting time and mechanical properties of α-hemihydrate phosphorus gypsum. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observed the change of crystal morphology after hemihydrate gypsum hydration. The results show that both of the above three kinds of water reducing agent have good adaptability to α-hemihydrate phosphorus gypsum and the physical properties has benn improved. The best performance effect of water reducing agent is SM. After the plaster mixed with SM, it can be found that it is not only have good water reducing rate, but also it has a good performance of micro crystalline structure, and the mechanical properties of α-hemihydrate phosphorus gypsum were significantly improved.
