摘  要:采用正交试验法分析蒸压粉煤灰试块中材料组成对力学强度的影响,给出最佳配合比并运用XRD和SEM分析解释。基于此配合比,运用曲线拟合,探究橡胶粉对蒸压粉煤灰-橡胶粉试块力学性能的影响规律。从试验结果可以看出:钙质材料与石膏对蒸压粉煤灰试块力学性能影响较大,基本正交试验中第19组的强度最好;材料中生成了一定量的硬硅钙石和托勃莫来石,有效地解释了强度的发展;随着橡胶粉掺量增加,蒸压橡胶粉-粉煤灰试块的抗压强度和抗折强度均呈现指数下降趋势,折压比总体呈现先升后降的趋势。By means of orthogonal test, effect of material composition on mechanical properties of autoclaved fly ash block was analyzed to find the best mixture ratio. Analysis methods such as SEM, XRD were applied to characterize the composites. With curve fitting, influence rule of rubber powder on autoclaved rubber powder-fly ash block mechanical properties was researched. The results showed that the calcium material and gysum had greater effects on the mechanical properties. In the basic orthogonal experiments, the strength of the group of 19 is best and a certain amount of xonotlite and tobermorite were found which could explain strength effectively. With the increase of the admixture of rubber powder, compressive strength and flexural strength of autoclaved rubber powder and fly ash both show index decline. Bend-press ratio shows the tendency of falling after rising.
