摘 要:本文分析了尼龙纤维的不同体积掺量(0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%)及不同纤维长度(6 mm,12 mm,15 mm,19 mm)对水泥砂浆的抗折强度、抗压强度、韧性(折压比)及干缩性能的影响。结果表明,尼龙纤维的掺入能有效提高砂浆的抗折强度、折压比及降低同龄期下的自由干缩率,但抗压强度变化不很明显,甚至有一定程度的降低。The effect of different volume content of nylon fiber(0.05% , 0.1% , 0.2% , 0. 3% ) and different fiber length (6 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 19 mm) on flexural strength, compressive strength, toughness (flexural-eompressive ratio ) and shrinkage rate of cement mortar were analyzed. The test results showed that nylon fiber could improve the flexural strength and flexural-compressive ratio of cement mortar effectively. Apart from this, nylon fiber the same age. But it had little effect on the compressive could reduce the shrinkage ratio of mortar under strength, even had a certain degree of reduction.
