摘  要:基于高校能耗监测平台,对高校校园典型功能建筑学生宿舍和行政办公室的待机能耗数据进行实时监测与统计分析,结果显示:学生宿舍和行政办公建筑的待机能耗因师生的用能习惯不同分别达到12.7%和33.88%不等。待机能耗居高不下的原因是用能主体对待机能耗的认知不足,导致个体行为促进待机能耗消减的动力不足,高校校园建筑的待机能耗节约空间较大。根据分析与调研结果,从4个方面提出了高校典型建筑消减待机能耗的对策。The SPC of university buildings including student dormitories and executive offices was investigated based on the real-time monitoring data from the Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform (ECMP) According to the statistic, the SPC in the student dormitories and executive offices reached 12.7% and 33.88% of the total energy consumption respectively. Through analyzing, we could conclude that much energy waste was due to the users' weak awareness on SPC. In other words, there is a large space for energy conservation of university buildings. Finally, based on the data analysis and survey results, we proposed four ways to deal with the SPC of university buildings.
