摘  要:分析表明随着加工原油的重质化、劣质化,乙烯原料也呈现劣质化趋势,腐蚀、结垢、泄漏及老化等诸多问题是影响乙烯裂解装置长周期安全运行的主要因素,提出在乙烯裂解装置开展基于经济分析的RAM系统评价,量化风险大小,并提出检维修优化措施。Through the research of ethylene cracking unit corrosion and safety running status analysis, it shows that as the proeessing of crude oil heavy inferi- or, ethylene raw material also presents the bad trend of ethylene raw material, corrosion, scale, leaks and aging and many other issues which are the main fac- tors influeneing the unit safe operation for a long peri- od of time. It even eause lots of frequent accidents, and became the top accidents unit in the chemical plant. Therefore, the proposed RAM evaluation based on eeonomic analysis in the ethylene cracker system to quantify risk, and maintenance measures is presented in this paper.
