摘　　要：本文阐述了风险指引型技术规范(Risk-informed Technical Specification,RITS)和风险管理型技术规范(Risk-Managed Technical Specification,RMTS)的技术内涵以及对于核电厂运行和安全管理的重要意义,并对PSA技术在技术规范优化中的应用情况以及具体应用工作中的一些问题进行了分析和讨论。Abstract. Risk-informed Technical Specification （RITS） and Risk-Managed Technical Specification （RMTS） Technologies has important significance in the operation and safety management of nuclear power plants. In this paper, the technology connotation of RITS and RMTS is introduced, the application of PSA technology in RITS and RMTS and relevant issues are studied and discussed.
