摘 要:目的探讨T2DM未合并冠心病患者血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)与FPG的相关性。方法选取经冠脉造影排除冠心病的T2DM患者175例,按照FPG水平分为〈7mmol/L组、7~9mmol/L组和〉9mmol/L组,检测各组BNP等指标。结果 FPG〈7mmol/L组与其他两组比较,BNP水平差异有统计学意义[(16.02±5.03)vs(14.98±4.73),(14.12±4.65)pg/ml](P〈0.01)。随着FPG水平的增高,BNP浓度降低。Pearson相关分析显示,BNP与FPG呈负相关(r=-0.775,P〈0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、SBP、SUA、BMI、FPG、HbA1c是BNP的影响因素(P〈0.05)。结论 BNP可能参与了血糖调节。Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and FPG in type 2 diabetic patients without coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 175 T2DM patients were selected. Coronary heart disease was ruled out by coronary angiograghy. All thepatients were divided into 3 groups according to their FPG levels:FPG〈7 mmol/L group (n= 72), FPG 7~9 mmol/L group (n=58),and FPG〉9 mmol/L group (n=45). BNP and FPG were measured in all groups. Results The plasma BNP levels were significantly different among the three groups [(16.02± 5.03), (14.98 ± 4. 73), ( 14.12 ± 4.65) pg/ml)] (P 〈 0. 01). The BNP level was decreased with the increasing of FPG. The pearson correlation analysis showed that BNP was negatively correlated with FPG (r=-0. 775 ,P%0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that BNP was positively correlated with age,SBP,and SUA,but negatively correlated with BMI,FPG, and HbA1 c (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The plasma BNP may participate in the regulation of blood glucose.
