摘 要:为了解决预制方桩用于深基坑工程混凝土内支撑体系竖向承重构件所存在的问题,以盐城某基坑工程为例,介绍了预制方桩与混凝土内支撑结构采用抗剪构件的连接方法,在结构基础底板位置采用刚性止水结合柔性止水的双重防水措施,并对用作混凝土内支撑竖向构件的预制方桩在施工中应注意的问题做出相应的限定.工程监测结果表明:基坑施工过程中,预制方桩立柱最大沉降量为29.62 mm,满足施工要求.采用的这些关键技术措施在实践中取得了良好的效果,可供同类基坑工程参考.To solve the problems of prefabricated square-piles used for perpendicular bearing members of concrete in- ternal bracing in deep foundation pit, with the foundation pit engineering in Yancheng as the context, this study intro- duced the connection method of shear resistant element between prefabricated square-piles and concrete internal brac- ing. In addition, twofold waterproofing measures which combined rigid water seal with flexible water seal were in- stalled in foundation slab, and some precaution measures were taken to limit the construction of the prefabricated square-piles. The monitoring results showed that the maximum settlement of prefabricated square-piles column is 29.62mm during the construction which can meet the requirements. It also showed that this key technology measures have achieved good results, and it contributes to similar deep foundation pit engineering.
