摘  要:本文剖析了文化产品的价值组成与价格决定,并在此基础上提出了若干政策建议。文化产业是创意及其产权与无差别劳动的结合体。前者是文化商品的核心竞争力,后者为前者提供了物质与服务载体。从《资本论》的角度出发,文化商品的价格是由资本化公式决定的,可以通过文化品的预期收益与贴现率反推出文化品中虚拟资产的价格,而不受平均利润率下降规律影响。基于前两点,投资人充分利用资本化可能带来的好处、政府在直接投资之外通过健全产权交易机制等方面引导文化产业发展都是极其必要的。This paper provides a Marxist analysis of the value constitution and price determinants of cultural products,and puts forward several suggestions for the development of cultural industry in China.Marx gives a special role to cultural products,apart from most products whose value is nothing more than the homogeneous labor in it,in that something unique and distinguished,i.e.,innovation is the more important part of its value.However,labor is also indispensable for the material realization of cultural products.Given the analysis of Marx,we can use the capitalization rate formula to derive the price of virtual assets(innovation)in cultural products with the expected profit of cultural products and the discount rate.Thus the price of cultural products is not subject to the law of declining profit margin over time,as common products do.Based on the above theoretical insights,a better platform for intellectual property transaction and more elaborate policies other than direct investment are essential for a healthy environment of cultural industry.
