摘　　要：电力产业作为社会生产生活的基础产业,与国民经济众多产业部门都存在直接或者间接的经济关联。针对当前电力产业前后向关联效应分析缺乏的情况,基于全国投入产出表数据和模型,采用投入产出法计算和分析直接消耗和完全消耗、直接分配和完全分配、影响力及感应度系数等指标,研究电力产业对其他产业的后向关联效应和前向关联效应,量化电力产业与其他产业的关联程度。最后,从促进产业关联角度提出加快电力产业发展的政策性建议。比较完整地揭示当前社会经济条件下电力产业在中国国民经济各部门中的地位和作用,为中国电力产业升级改革提供参考借鉴。As a basic industry in our life and production, the electricity industry is economically linked to the other industries directly or indirectly. In the current circumstances, the analysis on the forward and backward correlation effects of electricity industry is scarce. Based on the data of nationwide input-output sheet and model, the input-output method was used to calculate and analyze the indexes, such as direct consumption coefficient, complete consumption coefficient, direct allocation coefficient, complete allocation coefficient, influence coefficient and induction coefficient. This paper studied the backward and forward correlation effects of electricity industry on other industries and quantified the relationship degree between electricity industry and other industries. Finally, some policy suggestions about how to promote electricity industry from the perspective of promoting industrial correlation were proposed. This paper overall revealed the status and function of electricity industry, and provided a meaningful reference for electricity indus try promoting and reform.
