摘  要:[目的]探讨不同栽培技术对无籽刺梨扦插苗生长的影响。[方法]对无籽刺梨扦插苗进行不同移栽时间、基质、光照强度与肥料配比调控试验。[结果]结果表明,无籽刺梨扦插苗在贵州省植物园内适宜移栽期为每年3月初到4月下旬;松林腐殖土∶珍珠岩=3∶1的基质最适合扦插苗生长;扦插苗适合在透光度50%的环境下移栽;肥料配比与苗木质量关系密切。[结论]为无籽刺梨扦插繁殖提供了技术借鉴。[Objective]The aim was to explore effects of different cultivation techniques on growth of seedless thorn pear cutting seedlings. [Method] Different transplanting time, substrates, light intensities and the ratios of fertilizer about seedless thorn pear cuttage seedlings have been tested. [Resultl The results showed that, the most suitable transplanting period of seedless thorn pear cutting seedlings in Guizhou Botanical Garden was in early march to late April every year; When pine humus soil:perlite = 3:1 was most suitable for cutting seedlings growth; Cutting seedlings was best for transplanting when light transmittance in 50%; The fertilizer rate was close relations with seedlings quality. [Conclusion] The results provided references for cutting propagation of rosasterilis.
