摘  要:为了解决石门揭煤瓦斯突出问题,本文以淮南矿区谢一矿-960 m轨道石门揭B11煤层为例,重点介绍了石门揭煤中的三种防突新技术,并详细阐述了地面钻井掏煤预抽辅助消突技术、水力压冲增透技术和水力冲洗增透技术的关键点及其应用效果。通过这些新技术应用有效地遏制了高瓦斯压力和高瓦斯含量下钻孔"孔突"现象,提高了井下打钻效率,消除了煤与瓦斯突出潜在威胁,大大缩短了揭煤工期,并且为矿区各矿随着水平延伸带来的一系列瓦斯治理难题提供了攻关方向。In order to solve gas outburst of Shimen cutting through coal seam problem,- 960 m pathway Shimen technology cutting through B11 coal seam of Xieyi Mine of Huainan Mining Industry was taken as example, three kinds of outburst prevention of Shimen cutting through coal seam were introduced, the technology and application effect of ground drilling mining pre- drainage auxiliary outburst prevention, hydraulic pressure burst anti- reflection and hydrodynamic cleaning anti- reflection were introduced, the new technology controlled drilling hole outburst under high gas pressure and large gas content, improved the underground drilling efficiency, eliminated the potential threat of coal and gas outburst, shortened the cutting through coal seam period, provided reference for a series of gas control technology by horizontal mining.
