摘  要:基于对氮气防灭火技术的原理、特点和作用的分析,结合我国某矿采空区实际和发火次数较少的特点,采取单纯灭火注氮方式,制定了由制氮设备、输氮管理和注氮设施构成的氮气防灭火系统,并确定了火区注氮的有关参数。实践表明:该矿采取氮气防灭火技术以来,效果较为显著,火区面积逐步减小,火区温度也降到标准温度范围内,地表有毒有害气体大大减少,保证了矿井生产工作的安全顺利进行。Based on principle, characteristics and functions of nitrogen fire prevention technology, combined with the feature of rare fire and actuality of goaf in some mine, pure extinguishing nitrogen injection was adopted, nitrogen gas fire extinguishing system including nitrogen generating equipment, nitrogen management and nitrogen injection facilities was set up, relative parameters of fire area nitrogen injection were settled. The practice showed that the technology was with obvious effect, and decreasingly fire area, the temperature of the fire area descended to the standard scope, the toxic gas on the ground reduced greatly and ensured the safe mining.
