调脉合剂薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的建立调脉合剂的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法以标准对照药材和化学对照品为阳性对照,并制备各药材的阴性对照,采用薄层色谱法对处方中全部药味进行定性鉴别研究。结果可检出黄连、五味子、香橼、佛手、白术、芍药苷的特征斑点。结论本法简便可行,可有效地控制制剂质量。Objective To establish the thin layer chromatography （ TLC ） identification method for Tiaomai Mixture. Methods The standard reference drug and chemical reference substance were considered as the positive control, and the negative control of each drug was also prepared. The qualitative identification for all the ingredients in the prescription was made by TLC. Results Feature spots in Coptidis Rhizoma, Sehisandrae Chinensis Fruetus, Cirri Fructus, Cirri Sareodactylis Fructus, Atraetylodis Macroeephalae Rhizoma and Paeoniae Radix Rubra could be checked out. Conclusion This method is simple, convenient and practical, and can be applied as the quality control of Tiaomai Mixture.
