摘 要:采用浸渍蒸发法制备出酸化膨润土负载磷钨酸催化剂(HPW/AAB),通过FTIR、XRD、SEM、BET等手段对其结构和形貌加以表征,并考察其对棕榈酸甲酯化反应的催化性能.结果表明:在65°C和醇酸比为20∶1时,磷钨酸负载量为20%的催化效率最佳,反应6h酯化率达87.2%.The heteropoly acid {HPW) was supported on the acidified bentonite {AAB) using the method of saturation impregnation. The obtained supported catalysts were characterized by Fourier transforminfra- red absorption spectra (FTIR) , scanning electronmicroseopy {SEM) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) , specific surface area (BET), and its catalytic properties on the esterifieation reaction of methyl palmitate were studied. The results show that the HPW/AAB has the optimal catalytic properties on the esterification reaction with the conditions of reaction temperature 65 ℃, molar ratio of methanol to palmitic 20 : 1, reaction time 6 h and loading of catalysts 20% , and the esterification rate is 87.2%
