摘 要:选取ZnO-B2O3-Bi2O3体系为研究对象,探讨V2O5的含量对玻璃的特征温度、热膨胀系数、耐水性、抗弯强度及热稳定性的影响.研究结果表明:随着V2O5含量的提高,逐步降低了玻璃的特征温度,但是过多的V2O5会影响玻璃的抗弯强度和热稳定性,而少量的V2O5对玻璃的膨胀系数以及耐水性能影响不大,当V2O5的含量在4%时,软化温度为475℃,平均线膨胀系数为7.587 6×10-6,抗弯强度为47.87MPa,在500℃烧结时玻璃不析晶,说明热稳定性良好.The ZnO-B2 O3-Bi2O3 system was chosen as the research object in this paper to investigate the effect of V2O5 content on characteristic temperature, thermal expansion coefficient, water resistance, ben- ding strength, and thermal stability of glass. The results prove that. the characteristic temperature of glass was gradually reduced with the improvement of V2O5 content. While too much V2 O5 will affect the bending strength and thermal stability of glass. In addition, the experiments shown that a small quantity of V2 05 have little effect on thermal expansion coefficient and chemical properties of glass. Its softening temperature was 475 ℃, average coefficient of linear expansion was 7. 587 6 ×10-6 and breaking strength was 47.87 MPa, when the Vz05 content was 4% (wt.%). Sintering at 500 ℃ without crystallization, which shown that the thermal stability is good.
