云南昭通不同烤烟品种的工业可用性评价

摘　　要：为了评价5个烤烟品种的初烤烟叶在云南昭通的工业可用性,筛选出能够适应云南昭通生态条件的特色烤烟品种,提高该地区的烟叶品质,以当地主栽品种之一K326为对照,进行KRK26、NC71、PVH1452、云烟110烤烟品种的小区比较试验,对各品种初烤烟叶的化学成分、物理特性、外观质量和感官评吸质量进行测定分析。结果表明:品种云烟110和NC71化学成分含量适宜,物理特性、外观质量和感官评吸质量较好,表现出较强的的工业可用性,优于对照K326,尤其以云烟110表现最优异。品种PVH1452和KRK26各方面表现一般,工业可用性较对照K326差。To evaluate the industrial availability of cured tobacco leaves of five flue-cured tobacco varieties in Zhaotong of Yunnan, screen out the unique flue-cured tobacco varieties that could adapt to ecological condition characteristics of Zhaotong of Yunnan, and improve the tobacco leaf quality of this region, using K326, the local main cultivar, as control, field plot experiment were carried out to compare the differences of KRK26, NC71, PVH1452, Yunyan110. The appearance quality, physical characteristics, chemical components and sensory quality of the cured tobacco leaves of the five flue-cured tobacco varieties were analyzed. The results indicated that, compared with K326, Yunyan110 and NCT1 showed stronger industrial availability, they had appropriate chemical composition content, better physical properties, appearance quality and sensory smoking quality, and particularly, Yunyan110 had excellent performance among those varieties. The performances of PVH1452 and KRK26 were general in all aspects and they were worse than K326 in industrial availability.
