摘  要:采用10个常用玉米自交系和2个玉米新选育的自交系(B73、478、掖107、9046、Mo17、ZX09-1002、340、F83、昌7-2、综31、598、黄201)按4×8不完全双列杂交设计,组配了32个杂交组合,并对玉米8个主要穗部性状的一般配合力(GCA)、特殊配合力(SCA)及遗传参数进行了分析.结果表明:穗长、穗行数、穗粗、行粒数、百粒质量和出籽率6个性状的遗传主要受加性基因控制,而秃尖和单穗粒质量同时受加性基因和非加性基因的影响.12个自交系中9046、Mo17、昌7-2和F83的GCA相对效应值较高,32个杂交组合中黄201×478、Mo17×9046和F83×9046的SCA相对效应值较高.新选育的自交系F83配制的杂交组合,后代一般表现出具有果穗大小适中、秃尖较短、单穗粒质量较高等特点,具有较高的利用价值且综合表现较好;新育系ZX09-1002在改良品种穗长、行粒数、百粒质量和单穗粒质量4个方面性状上表现突出,具有较高的利用价值,其余4个穗部性状需要进一步改良.According to the design of 4× 8 incomplete dialed crossing, 32 crossing combinations were conducted to analyze general and special combining ability and their corresponding genetic parameters of 8 ear characters in 12 maize inbred lines. The results showed that ear length,the number of row, ear diameter, number of kernels per row, hundred grain weight and kernel rate were mainly controlled by additive genetic effect. Length of bald and ear weight were affected by both additive effect and non-additive effect. Four maize inbred lines(9046 ,Mo17, changT-2 and F83) had higher relative effect values in general combining ability, and three cross combinations (Huang201 × 478, Molt × 9046 and F83 × 9046) showed higher relative effect values in special combining ability. The new inbred tines of F83 had higher utilization potential, and its off-springs had moderate ear, shorter bald and bigger kernel weight which indicate a high yield potential. The inbred line ZX09-1002 had potential in improving ear length,kernels per row, hundred grain weight and ear weight.
