摘 要:以‘陇椒5号’辣椒(Capsicum annuum)幼苗为试材,研究了不同浓度二氯化钴(CoCl_2)在低温弱光胁迫下对辣椒幼苗的生理指标的影响.结果表明:在15℃/5℃(昼/夜)低温,100μmol/(m^2·s)弱光胁迫下,辣椒幼苗根系活力降低,叶片叶绿素含量下降,丙二醛(MDA)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量升高.一定浓度的CoCl_2水溶液可以缓解辣椒幼苗根系活力与叶绿素含量的降低,缓解MDA与Pro含量的升高.浓度为0.06mmol/L的CoCl_2水溶液可以使辣椒幼苗的根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量较低温弱光对照显著升高,MDA与Pro含量较低温弱光对照显著降低.表明0.06mmol/L的CoCl_2水溶液能够有效提高辣椒幼苗对低温弱光的适应能力.The ‘Longjiao 5'(Capsicum annuum)seedlings were used to research the relationship between different concentrations of COCL2 and several physiological characteristics under the low temperature and poor light stress. The results indicated that the root activity and the content of leaf chlorophyll in the pepper seedlings decreased and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (Pro) increased under the low temperature at 15 ℃/5℃ (day/night)and poor light at 100 μmol/(m2 . s). Certain concentrations of COCL2 solution could slow the decrease of root activity and chlorophyll content and increase of MDA and Pro content. Compared with the low temperature and poor light control state,CoC12 so centration of 0.06 mmol/L significantly increased the root activ reduced the content of MDA and Pro. It indicated that CoCL2 wi effectively increase the adaptability of pepper seedlings to low t ity th and the content of the concentration of ution with the conear chlorophyll and 0. 06mmol/L could emperature and poor light.
