摘 要:根据张掖市实际情况和6个典型高标准基本农田建设项目的相关情况,构建了高标准基本农田建设生态效益评价指标体系,运用熵权法计算了7个指标的权重和项目实施前后生态效益分值.结果表明:对生态效益有重要影响程度的是灌溉保证率和植被覆盖率,山丹县大马营乡楼庄等村高标准基本农田整理项目的生态效益在6个项目中最高,得分为29.38.项目实施后,除民乐县三堡镇下吾旗村高标准基本农田整理项目生态效益比实施前降低,其他5个项目生态效益均比实施前的得到提高.为了提高生态效益,可以通过栽植防护林,使项目区的植被覆盖率和防风能力将得到提高,对减少水土流失、涵养水源、防风固沙、减少灾害起到积极的作用,同时大力发展衬砌渠道输水灌溉技术提高水资源利用效率.According to the situation of six typical high standard basic farmland construction projects in Zhangye,an index system on ecological benefit evaluation was built by using the entropy weight method to calculate the seven indicators weights and ecological scores before and after project implementation. The results showed that rate of irrigation assurance and vegetation coverage significantly affected on ecological benefit, the project of Damaying Louzhuang in Shandan had the highest ecological benefit in six typical high standard basic farmland construction projects, index reached 29.38. After the project conduction, ecological benefit in five typical high standard basic farmland construction was improved except of the project of San- pozheng Xiawuqicun in Minle. It is suggested that the strategies should be accepted as planting protection forest,increasing the vegetation coverage in order to improve the ecological benefits.
