摘 要:利用金属银离子作协助剂,表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)作增敏剂,将弱荧光物质叶酸转化并增敏,使其发射出强荧光,基于此建立了测定叶酸含量的新方法,通过选择叶酸的激发和发射波长、Ag^+的浓度、表面活性剂的浓度、反应温度和反应时间,确定了最佳实验条件,对叶酸片样品中的叶酸含量进行测定.研究结果表明,该方法检测叶酸的线性范围为1.0×10^(-7)~5.0×10^(-6) mg/L,检出限为6×10^(-8) mg/L,回收率为95.0%~102.4%.该方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简单等优点.We have transformed the weak fluorescence material of folic acid and sensitization to emit strong fluorescence, and used the Ag+ for cooperative agent and the surfactant of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) for sensitization agent. We have established a new method for determination of content for folic acid based on above the technique. The best experimental conditions were determined through the selective wavelength of excitation and emission for folic acid in each system, the concentration of the Ag+ and the CTMAB, and the influence of the reaction temperature and the reaction time, and then drew working curves and determined the content of folic acid for the samples about folic acid tablets. The research results show that the linear range is 1.0× 10^-7- 5.0 × 10^-6 mg/L,the detection limit is 6×10^-8mg/L and the recovery is 95.0%-102.4% for content of folic acid using above method. This method has many advantages, such as high sensitivity, good selectivity and simple operation, etc.
