摘 要:依据神朔铁路管理特点,将轨道线路按照200 m长度划分为若干轨道维修单元,作为其里程范围内钢轨、轨枕、道床、联结零件及防爬设备的综合体;以轨道维修单元作为研究对象,构建多种状态评价指标对轨道状态进行多角度评价。在此基础上,利用基于主成分分析的K平均聚类算法(KM-PCA)模型,构建轨道维修单元综合状态指数,然后,利用神朔铁路的实际数据,对模型的有效性进行验证。计算结果表明,神朔全线轨道维修单元划分为三大类,其中工务管理部门在日常生产活动需对综合状态指数为3的轨道维修单元簇进行重点检查、监控,为养护维修计划的制订提供依据。Management feature of Shenshuo railway is that dividing the track line into several track segments with 200 m length,which is considered as the synthesis of rail,sleeper,ballast,connecting part and anti-climbing equipment in mileage range,and establishing several status evaluation indices for multi angle evaluation of track state by taking the track segment as the research object. Based on this,track segment comprehensive index was established by using Kmeans clustering algorithm based on principal component analysis( KM-PCA),the validity of which is verified by using actual data of Shenshuo railway. Calculation results showed that the track segment of Shenshuo railway line could be classified into three categories and daily production activities of public management department are inspecting and monitoring the track segment units while its comprehensive index equals 3,which could provide a reference for maintenance plan formulation.
